Aditya Raja Ram
Managing Director
Aditya is a passionate Motswana entrepreneur who holds a Master in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, New York and has had an appetite for Real Estate from an early age. Upon his return to Botswana in 2007, Aditya took on the massive roll out of Botho University’s campus development and management of various real estate portfolios. He has spearheaded the group’s investment into real estate both in Botswana and beyond and continues to be involved hands on in developing and implementing the groups strategy.
Revathi Murali
Admin & Accounting
Revathi is a BSC Mathematics Graduate, Qualified Pastel Practioner and a Internal Quality Auditor (ISO 9001-2015). Having developed various skills and successfully managed various companies for the last 15 years, she is experienced in ensuring the adequacy of the Company’s internal control environment and achievement of Company and departmental goals and objectives.
In addition, Revathi continually takes responsibility for assigned tasks, and understands and achieves expectations. She is able to adept at developing and maintaining detailed administrative and procedural processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organisational objectives. Revathi is always ready to assist with the administrative and accounting systems.

Accounts
University Of Botswana Accounting Graduate, trained of Accounting Ethics with BICA. Former Accounts Revenue Officer, Admin Officer, Logistics Officer, Sales and Marketing Officer, Radio Presenter. Worked experience from Government, Parastatal and Private Sectors for the past 15 years.
Boby Joseph
Group Finance Manager
Boby joined our group in 2020 as Group Finance Manager. A Chartered Accountant from India has worked under Banking sector for 1.5 years in India as a credit officer. Immigrated to Botswana during the year 2005, and was employed at Foods Botswana (Pty) Ltd (manufacturer of cereal and milling products) to manage their Francistown depots Finance and Administration activities. After 2 years promoted to Finance officer for the company at its Factory at Serowe. Being self disciplined, honest and passionate about his work over a period of 3 years was promoted to the position of General Manager - Finance and Admin.
During 2014 was leading the team in establishing a Maize plant and in 2015 gave additional charge for managing a UHT milk plant. Since 2015, were more involved in the operation activities until decided to join this group.
Involved with various groups and through church on supporting the needy people in Botswana. Value honesty and sincerity towards any work undertaken. Also do the best to keep up with the promises made.
Satish Nanduri
Head of Development and Maintenance
Satish is a B.E ( Civil), B.B.A ( Hons) , M.B.A Graduate, a member of B.I.E ( Botswana institute of Engineeers) and Registered with ERB ( Engineers Registration Board of Botswana) as a professional Engineer. Satish is also a registered trainer at B.Q.A and a certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor. He has been in the Botswana market for the past 21 years dealing with Businesses and Properties.
